Terms of Service & Warranty Policy

Terms of Service & Warranty Policy

Welcome to Digital Market Direct (operated by Digital Market Arbitrage, LLC). By accessing our website, purchasing commercial equipment, or requesting formal sales quotes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Warranty Guidelines.

1. Commercial Sales & Pricing Integrity

Digital Market Direct acts as an authorized distributor and procurement partner for commercial, industrial, and specialized equipment. All pricing, product specifications, and availability displayed on our storefront or included in formal quotes are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates or material cost adjustments.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or vendor cost miscalculation, Digital Market Direct reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item prior to shipment, providing a full refund to the purchaser.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All new equipment sold through Digital Market Direct is backed directly by the respective **Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory warranty**.

  • Direct Warranty Honor: Warranty coverage, period lengths, and covered components are governed strictly by individual manufacturer warranty certificates.
  • Warranty Assistance: Digital Market Direct will assist commercial buyers in registering equipment, obtaining documentation, and filing formal warranty claims with the manufacturer.
  • Exclusions: Digital Market Direct makes no independent warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Labor, improper installation, or unapproved modifications are excluded unless explicitly specified by the manufacturer.

3. Orders, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Due to the specialized nature of high-ticket commercial machinery and direct-from-factory shipping pipelines:

  • Order Modifications / Cancellations: Orders may be canceled without penalty prior to order processing and factory dispatch. Once an item has shipped or entered production/packaging with the manufacturer, standard return fees apply.
  • Returns & Restocking: Authorized returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and receive a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be unused, in original factory packaging, and secured on shipping pallets. Returns are subject to a standard manufacturer restocking fee (typically 15% – 25%) and round-trip freight charges.
  • Custom / Special Orders: Custom-built equipment, specialized builds, or made-to-order units are non-refundable once production commences.

4. Freight Claims & Limitation of Liability

As outlined in our Freight & LTL Shipping Policy, purchasers must inspect all shipments upon receipt. Digital Market Direct is not liable for physical transit damage unless proper notation is made on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Market Arbitrage, LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or operational downtime damages arising from product lead times, carrier delays, or equipment performance.

5. Legal Entity & Governance

Digital Market Direct is a commercial brand of Digital Market Arbitrage, LLC, registered in San Diego, California. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
